About Fadi Malouf

Built through work, not talk.

Fadi Malouf runs FM Enterprises from Atlanta, working across three things: buying businesses, advising the owners of businesses that are not ready to sell yet, and lending his own capital against deals that make sense.

01 / The person

Preparation has to show up.

He came to the United States from Jordan. Before any of this, he spent ten years competing as a natural bodybuilder, in a sport where the work is visible and the result has to hold up standing next to people who did the same work you did. That is still how he approaches a deal: get close to the real business, look at what is actually there, and say what is missing. Preparation either shows up or it does not, and there is no version of the story where talk substitutes for it.

What he actually does

Explore the three arms
01 / BUY

Acquisitions

Fadi buys businesses directly. He is personally invested in more than a hundred companies through FM Enterprises, and acquisition is the arm he spends the most time on.

02 / LEND

Capital

Separately, Fadi lends against deals directly, from his own balance sheet. This is not brokerage or capital placement in the traditional sense; it is his own money, deployed on businesses he understands well enough to underwrite himself.

03 / STRENGTHEN

Fractional C-suite advisory

Not every business he looks at is ready to sell, and not every owner wants to sell. For those businesses, the work is advisory: figuring out what is actually holding a company back, what needs to change, and what it takes to fix it before a sale or a raise makes sense. This is also where deal structuring lives. Fadi is not a broker and does not place outside capital into other people’s deals. What he does is help structure a transaction and present it properly, so that whoever is on the other side of the table can actually say yes to it.

03 / The approach

How he thinks about a deal

Fadi does not try to be the expert in every part of a transaction. He builds around people who are: accountants, operators, attorneys, people who know a piece of the deal better than he does, and he expects them to own their piece of it. What he brings is pattern recognition, the ability to look at a deal and see what is actually going on with it, including the things an owner or a first-time buyer would not necessarily catch on their own.

He is direct about timelines and follow-through, on himself and on the people he works with. If a deadline needs to move, he wants that said early, not discovered later.

He also has a view on how these relationships should be structured that goes beyond a single engagement: Fadi generally works for ownership, not just fees. When FM Enterprises partners with a business or an advisor long term, the goal is a stake in the outcome, not a one-time invoice.
