Privacy policy

What we collect, and what happens to it.

Last updated 29 September 2026. This policy covers fadimalouf.com and the forms, scheduling and email that run through it.

Who we are

This site is operated by FM Enterprise, LLC, trading as FM Enterprises.

Atlanta Buckhead office: 3333 Peachtree Road Northeast, South Tower, 1st and 2nd Floor, Atlanta, GA 30326. San Diego office: 10089 Willow Creek Road, Suite 200, San Diego, CA 92131.

For anything in this policy, write to hello@fadimalouf.com or call +1 678-672-4233.

What we collect

What you give us. When you submit a form, request a call or apply to a program, we collect what you type into it. That is typically your name, email address, phone number, company, and whatever you write in the message. If you book a call, we also collect the time you chose.

What arrives automatically. Our hosting provider records standard server information for every request, including IP address, browser type and the page requested. That is ordinary web server operation rather than tracking, and it is what lets the site be served and defended against abuse.

We do not ask for, and this site does not collect, financial account details, government identifiers or documents. If a deal or an engagement later requires that kind of information, it is handled outside this website and under a separate agreement.

Why we use it

To answer you. To arrange and hold the conversation you asked for. To keep a record of our correspondence so the next conversation does not start from nothing. And to send you things you asked to receive, which you can stop at any time.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Who else handles it

Running a website and a business means using service providers, and they see some of this information in order to do their job. The categories are:

  • Website hosting and delivery.
  • Our customer relationship system, where form submissions and scheduling land, and where our record of the conversation lives.
  • Email, for sending and receiving messages.
  • Our newsletter platform, Beehiiv, which holds the email addresses of people who subscribe to Forward Motion.

These providers are permitted to use the information only to provide their service to us.

Cookies and tracking

As of 29 September 2026, this site uses Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to count visits and see which pages and links people use. That is the whole list of analytics. There are no advertising pixels, no remarketing tags, no session recording and no third-party trackers of any other kind.

The scheduling page also embeds our booking calendar, which is provided by our customer relationship system, HighLevel (LeadConnector). When that page loads, the calendar is served by HighLevel and may set its own cookies so the booking works. The details you enter to book a call go to HighLevel and are handled as described above.

The Forward Motion signup at the foot of each page is provided by our newsletter platform, Beehiiv. The form is loaded from Beehiiv and may set its own cookies. If you subscribe, your email address goes to Beehiiv so we can send the newsletter, and every issue carries a one-click unsubscribe.

Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser to tell one visit from the next. It records the pages you open, the links you click, roughly where in the world you are, and what device and browser you used. We do not send it your name, email address, telephone number or company, and we do not ask it to build an advertising profile of you.

If you would rather not be counted, your browser's tracking protection or Google's own opt-out will stop it, and nothing on this site stops working if you do.

If any of this changes, this section changes with it and the date above will move. We would rather tell you what is actually running than publish a list of things that might be.

How long we keep it

Correspondence and enquiry records are kept for as long as there is a business reason to keep them, and then removed. If you want yours removed sooner, ask, and we will unless we are required to keep it.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can unsubscribe from anything we send, using the link in it or by writing to us. None of this costs you anything and none of it requires a reason.

If you are a California resident

California law gives you specific rights over personal information, including the right to know what is collected and why, the right to request deletion, the right to correct inaccurate information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising any of them.

California also gives you the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law, so there is nothing to opt out of. If that ever changes, this page will say so before it happens.

To exercise any of these rights, write to hello@fadimalouf.com. We may need to confirm who you are before we act, which is a protection for you rather than an obstacle.

Children

This site is for business owners and investors. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
